Engle, Stockart update
As an update to my most recent post about the recent Engle and Stockart fiasco, I’d like to call attention to the comment posted on said post, (also on Reddit), and a post on the Logo Factory. It’s impossible to know the real story, and who’s really at fault, but at least both sides are now being represented more fairly online. It’ll be interesting to see how this all plays out; this drama is not as black and white as it first appeared.

I think it is entirely possible to find out the truth. And it’s not a case of both being somewhat guilty, as others have suggested. Either Engle or StockArt are at fault. I now suspect Engle is lying because he continues to be vague whereas StockArt has published the artists and their work. Everyone who piled on StockArt (and that includes me) is obligated to see this through to the end and to apologize to StockArt if it turns out that we were duped by Jon Engle.
